Directorate of Information Technology (IT)
The Division is responsible for providing comprehensive information technology services to the staff members of the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture. The Division implements government ICT policies, regulations, and strategies, as well as develops, acquires, customises, implements, and maintains application systems. It focuses on developing and enhancing ICT infrastructure to support a variety of services.
Additionally, the Division provides ICT services, systems administration, and networking while maintaining ICT equipment to ensure optimal functionality. To further support its users, the Division offers helpdesk assistance, training, and support services, ensuring that staff members can effectively utilise the technology available to them.
