The Division of General Services is responsible for providing essential administrative support and advisory services across several key areas, including Human Resource Management, Procurement, Information and Communication Technology, Transport, and Building Maintenance.
The division's key functions encompass transport control, procurement of goods and services, and stock control, ensuring efficient management of resources. It also oversees the repair and maintenance of infrastructure and serves as the secretariat for the procurement committee, facilitating effective decision-making and administration within the organisation.
