Today, Hon. Deputy Minister Faustina Caley handed over certificates of appreciation to two Japanese nationals, Momoko Toyota and Yuka Mori. The two volunteers have been supporting mathematics teachers in the Erongo Region from February 2022 to February 2024.

During this period, they have introduced useful teaching techniques, methods, and materials to aid teachers in assisting junior primary learners facing challenges in Mathematics.
H.E Mr. Nishimaki Hisao, Ambassador of Japan to Namibia witnessed this handover.
