Planning And Development (PAD)
The Directorate of Planning and Development is a non-sectoral and central directorate responsible for coordinating developmental planning, develop strategic and annual; management plans, review reports, monitor and evaluate implementation of projects and achievements thereof, conduct action research and facilitate implementation of decentralization process.
What We Do:
- Provide evidence-based planning, monitoring, and evaluation of education programmes.
- Collect, analyze, present and publish educational data.
- Coordinate the decentralization process and assess impact.
- Facilitate stakeholder participation to strengthen Public Private Partnership.
- Facilitate the development of Ministerial Annual Management Plans and produce quarterly and annual reports
- Register approved public and private schools
